  • We offer different paella pan sizes depending on your guest count. When requesting a quote, let us know how many people you are expecting so we can recommend the right size and amount of food.

  • Our paella is flavorful, but it is NOT SPICY. Let us know your spice preference when planning your menu.

  • Dessert and Beverage options may be available depending on your event needs. Ask us when planning your catering package.

  • Food sampling may be available depending on scheduling and the type of event. Reach out to discuss tasting options.

  • Our pricing is based on the size and needs of your event. Guest count, paella size, menu selections, travel distance, and any additional trays or services all help determine the final quote. Send us your event details and we’ll help build the best option for your celebration.

  • A deposit will be required to reserve your event date. Details can be provided with your quote.

  • We serve the Charlotte area and surrounding communities. Travel outside the area may be available depending on the event location.

  • We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weddings, weekends, holidays, and larger events.

  • We ask that you provide access to water, electricity, and a safe open-air location for the chef station. Outdoor or well-ventilated areas work best for live paella cooking. We also recommend having the setup area close to where guests will be served, with enough space for cooking, serving, and cleanup.
